What to bring to your first visit

Any previous prescriptions, test reports and scan films, a list of medicines you take, and your questions written down (people forget half of them in the room). If you have had treatment elsewhere, bring the cycle summaries and embryology reports, because those details change what we recommend.

Couples should ideally come together for a fertility consultation. Half of infertility involves the male partner, and evaluating one person while guessing about the other wastes the time you have.

What happens when you call

You reach a counsellor, not a call centre script. She will ask what you need help with, roughly how long you have been trying if it is a fertility enquiry, and which area you are travelling from, so she can book you at the nearest centre on a day the right specialist consults. If you are unsure whether you even need a fertility consultation yet, say so; often the honest answer is a simple test first, and she will tell you that rather than booking you in regardless.

If you leave your number through any form on this website, that same counsellor calls you back within 30 minutes between 9am and 9pm. Outside those hours the message waits for the next morning. Nothing is shared with anyone outside the Sparsha team.

Languages, and why it matters

Consultations at Sparsha happen in Bengali, Hindi and English, whichever you think in. This is not a courtesy detail. Fertility care involves consent forms, dosage instructions, injection timings and difficult decisions about money, and every one of those goes wrong when a patient nods politely at an explanation she did not follow. Ask for the language you are comfortable in, and ask again if an explanation was not clear. Nobody here will mind.

Emergencies and urgent questions

For heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, high fever after a procedure, or any pregnancy concern that frightens you, call the clinic numbers immediately rather than waiting for your next appointment, and go to the nearest emergency department if you cannot reach us quickly. For routine questions between visits, WhatsApp is usually the fastest route, and reports can be sent there too.

Feedback and complaints

If something about your care or your bill was not right, tell us directly at info@sparshaivf.com or ask for the centre manager. A clinic that only hears praise learns nothing, and issues raised quietly to us get fixed faster than issues discovered later in a public review.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

What are your timings?

Consultation hours run six days a week; exact timings vary by centre and by doctor. Call +91-98306-66677 and our desk will give you the next available slot at your nearest centre.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking is better, because it shortens your wait and lets us tell you what to bring or which test to do first. Walk-ins are accommodated where slots allow.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes, for IVF and fertility. Pregnancy, gynae and imaging consultations carry standard OPD fees, and diagnostics are priced per test or package.

Can I consult from another city or from Bangladesh?

Yes. Video consultations are arranged on request, and our Bangladesh page explains travel, visa letters and treatment planning for patients coming from Dhaka and elsewhere.

How do I get my reports?

Most Sparsha Diagnostics reports are same-day and can be sent on WhatsApp. Ask at the desk when you register.
